The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) is the state agency responsible for operation and maintenance of commercial aviation, maritime, and certain bridge facilities in and around the Port of Boston. The Logan Airport unit of its public affairs division manages the airport's outreach to and communication with the surrounding community. Series serves to inform and update Massport departments and the media on history of airport events; data generated during construction, development, and dedication; and creation of Massport.
